1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PIIK is a talent platform that provides career development tools, opportunity intelligence, skill assessment, interview preparation, and related services. Our Service includes features such as:

• AI-powered career insights and recommendations
• Profile and cover letter generation and optimization
• Opportunity matching algorithms
• Interview preparation and simulation tools
• Market intelligence and salary benchmarking
• Professional networking and connection features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another party

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PIIK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

6. User Content and Licensing

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant PIIK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms and Subscription

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PIIK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PIIK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PIIK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PIIK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panama.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation with PIIK. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
