Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes. We accept USDC (on Base, Solana, and Ethereum), ETH, and BTC. Three ways to pay: (1) Browser wallet connect — MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, and others. (2) Pay from any wallet or exchange — QR code, deep link, or copy/paste address. Works with Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Gemini, Crypto.com, Robinhood, and any other exchange. (3) Don't have crypto? Buy with a card — Onramper converts your fiat and sends the crypto directly to PIIK.
Can I pay from my exchange account (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.)?
Yes. Choose "Pay from Any Wallet or Exchange" at checkout. You get a QR code and a wallet address to copy. Paste the address and amount into your exchange withdrawal and it works with every exchange — Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Gemini, Crypto.com, Robinhood, and more.
I don't have any crypto. Can I still pay?
Yes. Choose "Don't have crypto? Buy with card" at checkout. Onramper lets you buy crypto with a credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and the crypto goes directly to PIIK's wallet. Because the on-ramp and its delivery fee sit on top of your plan price, the card collects PIIK Plan $108.90 in total. After paying, click "I've paid" and we verify the payment and activate your subscription.
Which network should I pay with?
Base is the lowest-cost option (~$0.01 gas) and supports both USDC and ETH. Solana is also very low cost (~$0.001 gas) for USDC. Ethereum has the highest fees (~$5-20 gas) but the most liquidity. Bitcoin is supported for BTC payments (~$1-5 mining fee). Actual fees are set by network conditions at the time you pay.
How do payments work?
Funds go directly from your wallet to PIIK's wallet — we do not take custody. After paying, click "I've paid" and we verify the payment on-chain and activate your subscription. The exception is a fiat on-ramp, where the provider may require identity verification on their end to comply with financial regulations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account Settings → Billing. Your access ends immediately and the unused days of your term are refunded to your wallet at $1/day. Nothing renews automatically — crypto billing never auto-charges.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 7 days free. Start a trial and explore PIIK with no payment. When the trial ends you can continue on the $99 plan for 99 days, or do nothing and pay nothing.
What is beta pricing?
Beta participants keep the early-adopter price they first paid for the duration of the beta program — $99 for the plan. At general availability those prices convert to standard pricing, with at least 30 days' notice beforehand.
How do I become a beta tester?
Beta access is by invitation. Sign up with an invitation code, or join the waitlist and we will invite you as places open up. Beta participants get early access to new features, direct influence on product development, and early-adopter pricing that holds through the beta.
Can I switch plans later?
You can cancel any time from Account Settings → Billing. There is no self-serve upgrade or downgrade yet: to move to a different plan, cancel your current plan and start the new one. Contact us and we will help you through it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Any purchase made within the first 7 days of your term is refunded in full, with no questions asked. After that, cancelling refunds the unused days of your term at $1/day.
