Negotiation & Offer Strategy

Deal room command center for compensation optimization

Overview

Welcome to the Negotiation & Offer Strategy page. This is your deal room command center where you manage all active job offers and negotiate from a position of strength. Think of it as your personal agency that provides real-time negotiation support to maximize every compensation package.

Negotiation Header

The Negotiation Header displays your active deal room status. Your subscription tier determines how many simultaneous deal rooms you can maintain. Free tier users get 1 active deal room, while Pro subscribers unlock unlimited negotiation rooms with advanced features.

Active Deals

Your Active Deals section shows all pending and negotiating offers. Each deal card displays the company name, job title, base salary, equity value, and expiration countdown. Click any deal card to open the detailed negotiation room where you can review offer specifics and engage with the AI negotiation assistant.

Deal Room Limit Warning

The Deal Room Limit Warning appears when you've reached your tier's maximum active deals. This serves as a gentle reminder that upgrading unlocks the ability to negotiate multiple offers simultaneously, giving you powerful competing offer leverage.

No Active Deals State

The No Active Deals state provides a clean starting point. When you receive your first offer, it will appear here. Your agency immediately begins analyzing the compensation package and preparing strategic negotiation talking points to maximize your acceptance value.

Offer Comparison

The Offer Comparison panel appears automatically when you have 2+ active offers and are on Pro tier. It sorts offers by total compensation value and displays visual compensation bars for each. The highest-paying offer gets a Trophy indicator. Use this side-by-side analysis to identify which opportunities to leverage against each other during negotiations.

Valuation Report

The Valuation Report displays your market positioning analytics. The percentile rank shows how you stack up against the market baseline. The Market Median (P50) bar represents typical compensation for your role, while the Market Value Estimate shows your projected total compensation. A prestige multiplier above 1.0x indicates you're commanding a premium in the market.

Strategic Deal Terms

The Strategic Deal Terms section displays your negotiation leverage points. Each numbered point represents a tactical advantage you can use when discussing terms with employers. These insights are generated from your profile strength, market positioning, and competitive intelligence.
