Welcome to PIIK's intelligence page. This is your real-time insights center where you see live market data and opportunity analysis. This page keeps you connected to the pulse of the job market with continuous updates on what's happening.
Executive Metrics
At the top of the page you'll see a status indicator and some information about the page. Underneath you'll notice four executive metrics. Velocity shows how quickly opportunities are flowing through your pipeline. Readiness indicates your preparedness for interviews and negotiations based on profile completeness and practice. Pipeline value represents the total compensation value of all active opportunities in your pipeline. Market signal shows the strength of market signals matching your profile.
Scout Summary
The scout summary bar displays your opportunity or intercept statistics. It shows the total number of opportunities captured, along with count badges indicating your high-quality opportunities. Your V-Index score appears here when calibrated, along with your highest salary opportunity from the intercept feed. If you've set a minimum salary floor amount, it's displayed here.
Tab Navigation
Tab navigation lets you switch between different intelligence views. Opportunity alerts shows real-time notifications about new opportunities. Profile insights provides detailed analysis of your professional profile. Offer room lets you track, compare, and negotiate your offers. Network intel helps you leverage your professional network for warm intros and referral opportunities. Career thesis shows your strategic career positioning and trajectory analysis. Predictions reveals how accurately our AI predicts your application outcomes. Calibration allows you to tune the matching algorithm weights to your personal priorities.
Opportunity Alerts
When the opportunity alerts tab is active, the intercepts list displays each opportunity as a card that shows a signal strength percentage that tells you how well an opportunity matches to your profile. A score breakdown bar displays proximity metrics for each opportunity. The match reasoning explains why this opportunity matches your profile. An apply button lets you quickly submit to opportunities, while clicking the card takes you to the full intelligence brief.
Offer Room
The offer room tab displays all your active offers with compensation breakdowns. Expanding an offer reveals detailed information. A market comparison visualization shows where your offer falls relative to P50, P75, and P90 market rates. Expiry warnings alert you when offers at risk of expiring. Action buttons let you accept, negotiate, or decline offers. The leverage analysis tab shows competitive pressure, market position, and recommended counter-offer ranges based on your multiple offers.
Network Intelligence
Network intelligence displays your professional connections sorted by relevance score. The connection count shows total network size. When viewing a specific target company, connections at that company appear in a dedicated section. Each connection card displays relevant information and buttons let you email, view their LinkedIn profile, or request referrals. The strategic referral targets section highlights connections with senior positions who can provide warm introductions.
