The readiness percentage indicates how prepared you are for active opportunity engagement, while velocity shows market activity levels. Use this to gauge overall career momentum.
Profile Card
The Profile card is your center for career intelligence. Profile Strength, or PTS, is a composite score combining GitHub V-Index, Verified Skills, Career Thesis, Readiness, and Floor metrics. Projected Comp estimates your market value based on current demand. Hiring Fit and Market Interest indicate alignment with open roles. Opportunity Score combines readiness and market factors. Verified Skills shows the count of your verified technical skills. The Strategic Alignment Path outlines key milestones for your career progression.
Career Roadmap
Your Career Roadmap visualizes your technical trajectory based on GitHub audit data. The V-Index Score represents your overall technical fitness and skill acquisition rate. Milestones show your progress through key development stages, with DNA verification indicating skills validated by your actual code contributions. Sync DNA to update your trajectory with the latest GitHub activity.
Strategy Summary
Your Strategy Summary shows the types of roles you're targeting. It displays your overall match percentage and explains how your profile connects to these opportunities based on our matching algorithm.
Activity Feed
The Activity Feed logs all system events and actions taken by PIIK on your behalf. This includes profile updates, opportunity applications, intelligence gathering, and strategic recommendations. Use it to track progress and understand what the system is doing.
Priority Engagement
